"The Staff is excellent. The breakfast was limited but of good quality. My main issue was the bathroom situation. It might be fine in a suite, but the king bedroom situation was substandard. The house is lovely and I expect that this B & B is pretty much what you should expect in terms of price in Pacific Grove. It is an expensive area of CA and things cost more. "

"This is a beautifully appointed B&B located across the street from the bay. Many rooms have a direct view. There are no TV's which keeps it serene. Breakfast is a large as you want it with adequate choices. Come early as the patios tend to get a bit cool after 45 minutes. Restaurants are within walking distance. Parking is limited, even on the street. There are a LOT of stairs, but apparently some ADA rooms as well as a couple ADA on site parking spaces."

"Cottage like rooms, clean, quiet. Recommend asking for a one level unit vs two level. (Most units are one level.) The continental breakfast was grab and go, not many options. The manager Rishi is excellent, super friendly and works hard to provide for a comfortable and happy stay."

"Last week I had a very pleasant stay at Deer Haven Inn. It's location is at the quiet end of the peninsula, which I appreciate. Very short walk to Asilomar beach. My room had a small fridge and microwave, also a coffee maker. Very clean and very safe. Adequate parking. Nisha, who manned the front desk, is very pleasant and efficient. I love Pacific Grove, and Deer Haven is one of the more affordable options. "

"I booked this hotel for scuba diving. It’s right next to San Carlos Beach. It’s a prime location in Cannery Row and within walking distance to restaurants and convenience stores. The room is spacious and clean. There was guest parking with additional fee. Overall it was pretty good for a 2-star hotel. I’m happy with the stay."

"the room was okay. outdated. each time we returned fr an outing, it had a sewage smell in the room that we had to leave the backdoor open to air it out. staff showed minimal customer service. nothing special but the price was good for the nights there, location was the best thing bout the place. breakfast was okay. they never had fresh coffee in the lobby and always ran out before noon. we wouldn't stay here nor recommend it, unless you're looking for a good deal in regards to location. also, it...
