"Brand new hotel with nice japanese style. Really like the design. However the cleaning need major improvement, very dusty inside the room. Cant really breathe while sleeping. Pls pay attention on thw cleaning. Else wouldn't be back again. Thank you."

"I have stayed at this hotel before and I will continue to stay here when I am in Hanoi, Vietnam!! They just got their new Breakfast room open, and it is Lovely!!! The front desk Staff went out of their way again for me!!! My flight was canceled back to the USA, so they were able to allow me to stay in my current room for two more days, which took a little effort on their part!!!! I like everything about this Hotel, but especially the STAFF!!! This is a Charming Botique Hotel!!!!!!!!"

"4日間宿泊しました。 ホアンキエム湖から数分で近くセブンイレブンやレストランも多く、ナイトマーケットまでも徒歩数分で行ける立地でとても良いホテルです。 ホテルのスタッフは素晴らしく笑顔で迎えてくれて、対応も良く楽しく過ごせました。 部屋もエアコンも良く効き広さもあり、設備も申し分なかったです。 シャワーの水圧も特に問題なし。 朝食も和洋中越と色々あり、美味しかったです。 ただ部屋の冷蔵庫の冷えが弱くて、飲み物があまり冷たくならなかったのが残念でした。 あとタオルが少し生乾きっぽく匂った時がありました。 その2点を改善して頂けば、立地、サービス、宿泊代等含めて最高のホテルだと思います。"
