"Horrible experience. AC didn’t work properly, one of our rooms in the bathroom the ceiling would pour water and wet all the counter and floor. Went several time to front desk, they didn’t care, they didn’t even moved my family from those horrible rooms. Seems like outdated property with lots of issues in the rooms. Food was not good. Sometimes fresh sometimes felt like eating left overs. "

"The owner asked for more in deposit than was in the deal with Hotels.com He also wanted me to pay extra for the electricity after I had stayed there for 2 nights ,not in the contract with Hotels.com I did not agreed with this and did not pay."

"Need to upgrade to diamond club. Definitely book the beach cabana for your entire stay. Tip the beach chair, and beach bar servers well and you will have a fantastic beach experience. "

"This is the property that i booked but i actually changed properties the second night. We stayed at the maple beach property it was right next to the beach, close to the excursion pickups/dropoffs. The hotel staff were nice, the hotel security was nice and helpful, the host is the same person for both properties he is amazing, very accommodating, very nice person, his communication is great, and he is very helpful.
