"Overall pleasant stay. The Oceanside restaurant leaves a LOT to be desired : seafood was gooey, not fresh and poorly prepared - it made me sick that evening. Other restaurants were good (especially the steakhouse), buffet is great, lovely variety (but here again, I erred on the side of caution and stayed away from the seafood). Diamon Club pool was nice, butlers hower felt like they were angling for their tip (which they got at the end …). Service at the buffet went way downhill in the last 4...

"The property is nice, looks almost exactly like the Riu Tropical Bay in Jamaica. The same layout and restaurants. I guess its the same for most all Riu resorts.
