"Absolutely loved this resort. It was my first time at an all inclusive. The service was perfect, food was good, beach is beautiful, and pools were fun. Did not care for the Legendary club sales people, especially the “manager” you sit with. Way too aggressive for a relaxing vacation experience. Will tell you anything to guilt you into buying a package. Avoid it all together unless it’s something you’re interested in. "

"Overall we enjoyed the stay there. The only downside was that the room AC had a musty, mildew smell that made our room not smell that great. The AC was also not controllable to a point were it would continue to pump out cold air despite turning the thermostat temperature up. We ended up having to turn off the AC and turn it on again throughout the trip to make things comfortable for us. We informed maintenance and they came to inspect he problem, but did not seem to do anything that fixed it."

"No availability for specialty restaurants, very difficult try to book a appointment, you need to tip the hotel employees to find a restaurant. First day no glasses for the beer in the food trucks at the beach. First day in the bar no chicken tenders no gratinade potatos. 4 times had to call due to issues with the air condition in the room."
