"My girlfriend and I had an amazing time celebrating her Birthday. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience that much better. Shout out Filix and Daniela (Preferred Pool Bar) for making us feel like family in such a short amount of time. The food is okay. I would absolutely recommend the Preferred experience as the perks made our stay extremely convenient and the extra amenities went a long way. Will absolutely be returning!"

"Our 7th time at a Majestic resort in Punta Cana. The properties are always beautiful, the staff is wonderful and always helpful. There are plenty of food choices between the buffet and the specialty restaurants."

"Overall I did receive a clean and well maintained room. However, I did struggle with a lot of mosquitoes and needed to call staff multiple times to fumigate the room. Most staff were nice however some when asking for fumigation it did take a lot longer and had to wait for hours. "Pool and beach were amazing temperature. Drinks were great. The staff don’t speak English so it was hard to communicate with them. Received a bit of miscommunication due to the language barrier but other than that it was a nice trip. Rooms were clean, hotel was well maintained. "The customer service was amazing, I booked the Elit Club and it was the best thing ever. On day two the guests next door put out a speaker that was very loud and started putting trash in the pool. I reported the issue to the front desk, and I was changed from room and the rest of my vacation was outstanding.
