Staff came for her immediately took her to doctors office ( which is on the property- with very knowledgeable and friendly doctor) she was treated professionally and was able to enjoy rest of the trip."

"As soon as we checked in our luggage got lost and took almost an hour to arrive in our room. As soon as we went down to the pool after getting our room they were out of towels. Same thing with the buffet always out of plates. Did not feel like the 5 star resort I was promised. The beach was horrible you cannot get inside of it.
