The staff was amazing. The amount of pools and restaurants was great too! So many that we didn’t get to visit all of them. The rooms were very clean. The food choices were also great, being open to trying new things is key! The drinks were amazing, nothing was watered down like at other locations.

Great property. We stayed at family Selection. Stay came with a butler. Ours was Rafael. He was polite as every single worker we encountered, communicated with us very efficiently thru whatsapp and helped us set the dinners with the restaurants. Property is the size of a small town but helps with the fact that you don't feel like it is overcrowded. Staff is amazing and very helpful. All the restaurants pools and service areas are well ran and very organized. It is a great resort and we were very pleased. Thank you family Selection at Grand Palladium Bavaro for a great few days

Our host Juan did a great job organizing everything for us, the facility is brand new and all the amenities are top notch. Staff is very friendly and always with a smile for you, crew at the bars are very funny make you feel great at every time. This was such a great property me and my husband has such a beautiful time here. Our butler Raul was so professional and always helpful for any of our needs that we requested always scheduling our dinners and always messaging us every morning to make sure we were OK. We appreciate the beautiful hospitality from him and of this hotel in general It’s very beautiful. A lot of stuff to do since it’s very large! Different places to eat, which was great and different activities. We also loved the white Party! Definitely coming here again.

The resort was great. It was well-maintained, and the staff were very friendly throughout our stay. Luis was amazing and always available whenever we needed anything, whether it was checking in on us, answering any questions, or helping with any issues on the property. He always greeted us with a big smile and kept us laughing the entire time. Our butler, Rafael, was also very helpful. He assisted us with restaurant and show reservations, checked in on us regularly, arranged transportation for us, and was always available to answer any questions we had. Both of them helped make our stay much more enjoyable and stress-free.

Already wrote a lengthy review. Overall, great staff and food. Needs updates. And also more storage in the showers, shelving or something for toiletries. We had to put our stuff on the floor. They need better anti-slip flooring in the bathrooms. More accessibility for elderly and disabled people. Would stay again, but bring my own anti-slip stuff for the bathrooms.

We had a spectacular experience. The hotel is very modern, clean, and well maintained. The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. There were a few minor delays in service at the lobby and beach bar on some occasions, but overall the experience was excellent. The best service we received was at the specialty restaurants, especially the Argentine, Spanish, and Japanese restaurants. The housekeeping team also did an outstanding job keeping our suite clean and well maintained throughout our stay. One area that could be improved is that our suite did not have a mattress protector. I believe this is an important detail for a hotel of this standard, and I hope it will be addressed. The beach had quite a bit of sargassum, but the staff worked hard every day to keep it as clean as possible, which we really appreciated. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to seeing these small improvements in the future.

This was our first time in DR. This property was great! The staff was helpful, property was clean and well maintained. The beach was absolutely beautiful. Pools were well maintained and the property was renovated about 6 months ago. Only negatives were À la carte restaurants and the push to join their club. At 3 of the 4 À la carte restaurants that we ate at we waited 20+ minutes for drinks after being seated and our waiter/waitress would disappear for long periods of time. One morning they wanted to “take us to breakfast”. Of course that meant they were going to try to get us to join their travel club. They were very kind until they understood that we were not interested. The salesman then changed completely and became rude and couldn’t get rid of us fast enough. That part of the trip was extremely disappointing and put a damper on our trip. We would still return and recommend the property to friends!
