We had to switch rooms 3 times during our stay due to a broken AC then a gas leak (which thankfully my friend noticed or who knows what would have happened if we slept in that room… 30 min to pack our stuff and we were both coughing) that made my clothing in the drawers and in the suitcase reek of gasoline and I had to wash everything twice...

"The staff at some of the restaurants were less than nice. Even sarcastic. The drinks at the swim up bar were VERY watered down. Everything on the resort (shopping) was highly overpriced. We felt we got priced gauged many times."

"The resort is newly renovated and you can tell. The grounds, the buildings, the rooms are all beautiful and incredibly clean. The grounds in the middle with the wildlife were beautiful at night lit up with little lanterns, a quick walk between the rooms and the lobby/restaurants. There are trolleys for those that prefer. The beach is gorgeous, beautiful soft white sand. Turquoise water. The waves can be big and quite rough, with strong undertow. It was like this every day, it’s fun to play...

"This is a dumpster to be honest. The location is not terrible but the amenities are horrible , old, and dirty. The bathroom drain clogged each time we took a shower. They did not provide towels. Sheets were dusty, The outdoor patio furnitures were dirty . We had to clean things ourselves. For this price, I’ll recommend you get a resort."
