The one thing that truly stood out was the butler service. Ray was absolutely amazing — attentive, professional, and genuinely made the experience better. "The food was just ok. Every bartender was nice but made drinks very differently. Loved the lazy river. The beach was awesome. Just about all the staff were nice , helpful &friendly. We had an issue in our bathroom . The shower ceiling caved in . Took them 3 hours and constant phone calls to get our room changed . Found them very unhelpful and frustrating to deal with . On our last night there instead of enjoying the shows and hanging out in the lobby with a drink we were trying to get a safe...

"The guys in the reception and at the main entrance bar are AWESOME. The resort is clean and well kept. The bartender at the bar located in the plaza where they do events was obnoxious. She was extremely rude and even THREATENED my sister after she said let me pray for patience as she was treated rudely as she walked away. Six people in our group had food poisoning including myself. I couldn’t wait for checkout. I will definitely not be back"

The girl making restaurants reservations refused to give me one at the italian restaurant and at the japanese restaurant she said there was no more availability which was not true. we got very lucky and met a really nice manager at the japanese restaurant Emilio~ he was so sweet and gave us the chance to come have dinner there last night we were there, Maria such a sweet server took good care of us. They only allow you one beach towel per day so bring your own from home if...

"El hotel y las amenidades, estuvieron muy bien, tiene parke de agua para los niños, tiene 5 restaurantes diferentes y las avitaciones están bien. Pero siento que puedes mejorar el servicio, aunque hubieron trabajadores muy amable y serviciales, como Frank en el bufet, había otros que no fueron tan amable, en el edificio F pedí dos almuadas extra para dormir y nunca me las dieron. Y las toallas muy restringidas una por persona, no te ponen toallas extras."
