"This was my first solo trip and this hotel made me feel safe, at ease, and relaxed. It's absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Not the loud noise that you hear in Cancun which i understand but it was the perfect getaway from the city life. Beautiful views, sunsets and sunrises... activities by the pool and the excursions are amazing. I was treated like a VIP guest and it was just little old me... highly recommend it "

"Immaculately clean little hotel in the heart of Puerto Morelos. The King Suite with spacious private terrace and outdoor bathtub was well worth the upgrade! Yes, you can hear the music from the nearby bar at night but we quite enjoyed hanging out on the rooftop and taking in the vibes. "Clean and maintained, amazing staff. Beautiful vegetation. Great food even better drinks. The beach was full of seaweed and smelled bad. It did not smell at Ventus HA and the pools there are amazing. "

"Property was very nice. Staff was great. My 5 year old loved the girls that ran the Kids Club. Food was really good. We only tried out 2 of the restaurants and did the buffets the rest. The only issue we had was the mosquitoes. I know it was mostly due to the time of year and the recent rain but they were bad. We didn't get to enjoy the taco festival that was outside at night. We heard from other travelers that other resorts had the same issue that week. So not blaming the resort."

"It was our 4th visit to Nickelodeon Riviera Maya. Our kids now 3 and 7 love it. This time we brought another family (friends) and they also enjoyed their stay with their kids. Park is awesome, rooms are very nice and comfortable, staff is very helpful and the general ambiance is perfect for families with children.
