"The Quest staff is the best! They go out of their way to be helpful and friendly. Need to be careful if you are a light sleeper to not get a room on the lower floor facing the street. The pool side is excellent."

"The staff are very good. Just a suggestion my only request is to put a freshener in your elevator coz the guests can smell something stinky like trash or canal or something like a plumbing problem. Put a steady freshener that spray every 60 seconds like a glade freshener on top of the elevator. Thats my only concern. We stayed 3 times from May -June"

I was only there for 1 day and staff told me to go to Tops in the evening and that was the most beautiful place on top of a mountain overlooking Cebu. "ホテルは２度目の宿泊です。以前はクエストホテル、今回はレジデンスに宿泊しました。どちらも最高ですが、レジデンスはお部屋が広く尚良かったです。ベッドも快適ですし、飲料水も１ガロン用意されていました。徒歩3分でアヤラモールがあり、レストランも豊富です。アヤラモール内にスーパーマーケットが2店舗あります。コンビニは近くのマクドナルドの横にセブンイレブンがあります。ホテル周辺はいつも渋滞していますが、グラブやタクシーは直ぐに来ます。レジデンスに宿泊する人のチェックインとチェックアウトはホテルロビーのレセプションカウンターを左奥に入った所で行います。朝食ビュッフェは一度利用しました。大人PHP700子供PHP350だったと思います。朝食はアヤラモール周辺で安くも色々食べられるので、色々試すのも良いと思います。私達はレイトチェックアウトしましたが、15時までPHP1500、18時までPHP2500でした。"

"We had an enjoyable stay & even extended for another day. Service was good except for the front desk being late that morning we were extending our stay. Securing guard seems to run the place & really well too. The big disappointment were the appliances in the unit that were not operational - the stove, the microwave & the washer/dryer. The full-size refrigerator was excellent though."
