"10/10 hotel.There are so many hotels to choose from in London, so it can be really hard to pick the right one. This had a great location; really centrally located, easy to get to. We walked to all the main sights from the hotel. Rooms were super clean and updated. Great use of space! Loved the room service breakfast options; super convenient. Manuela was a pleasure to work with. Very helpful! Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. "

"Perfect location right in the heart of Covent Garden. Rooms very clean, comfortable beds and very useable if smallish bathroom. Great shower. Lovely little kitchen area, which is perfect for making drinks, even if you don’t want to use it for anything else. Staff friendly and helpful. The hotel does not serve breakfast, but this is not an issue with so many places to eat."

"Beautiful hotel offering a 5* experience in central London. Staff were exceptional and the room was immaculately clean and well-provisioned. The bed was very comfortable, linen and towels of a high quality and we were very comfortable. The air conditioning was not hugely effective and quite loud but this did nothing to spoil our stay."
