"What a fantastic hotel! I decided to treat myself and it was beyond worth the money. I arrived early and wanted to know if I could either check in early or leave my luggage for a bit. The staff on reception were so friendly, they allowed me to check in early for free! "Low cost & very close to the airport. Although the hotel and room looked clean there was a foul smell in the bathroom so it’s possible there was a leak in the drainage. Aircraft noise was tolerable but we had the windows open due to it being warm and the first flight in woke us at 04:40. None of the staff wore masks and there was a group of three unmasked guests chatting in the small reception area, so that made us feel a bit uncomfortable. It’s a budget hotel so best not expect too much."

"This hotel was closed when I got there, I was left stranded by your company…….I bought and paid for this so needless to safe I need my money back ASAP, I am 88 years old and to have this happen to me was not acceptable, how did this happen? I decided to take a cab from Heathrow to the Ramada Inn at Hounslow east, cost me £40-, and to find I did not have a room after a long flight from San Diego, was so disappointing."
