"Property was decent. Only one elevator working and it sounded like it was about ready to break down. The pool was not open and this location did not offer a complimentary breakfast, usually one of the reasons I choose BW's. So disappointed in this location."

"A lot of it was good, the rooms were very good. The AC was very good and the view from the bedroom. The only things I want to complain about is the expensive stuff and the TV in the bedroom not working/turning on. It costs a lot of money for car parking. The beds were one of the most comfortable stuff in the hotel."

The complimentary breakfast (buffet style) was great with many options to choose from. Staff were amazing and were kind enough to accommodate us with an early check- in (with an extra cost since we arrived in at 7:30am). "The rooms were bigger than expected! Very nice hotel and helpful staff. We arrived early than check in time was able to check in early for a fee. They had staff everywhere whom were very helpful with directions or if need any type of transportation. This was my second time staying here. Great location for all the things in the city!"

"Our family used 2 rooms. Both rooms needed updated bathrooms. There was rust around the bathtub faucets and the silver in the mirrors was significantly peeling. Only 2 of the 4 elevators were working but we did receive advance notices about that. The buffet breakfast is very nice. The property was clean."
