"I purchased a Lake View Room, when I arrived they said my room was not available yet and moved me to another room. I could see the lake only if I stood behind the T.V. All three windows had no view at all. When I brought it up to staff they said that the room qualified as a Lake View and would not reimburse me or move me to another room. "The location is ideal - cross the street and you are greeted with a large park which looks well maintained. There are plenty of dining options in the area within walking distance. Rideshare or cabs are plentiful. The staff were terrific. From the front desk to the maid service. All were friendly and asked me if there was anything I needed.
