"The rooms were dirty and the hall smelled.I had to buy cleaning products to clean my room the towels were dirty had to buy some. My family members had the same problems and on of the rooms the door would not lock. Will never go there again and we were there for our brothers funeral it was terrible, tub was dirty and stained black all around it. "

I have not spent much time in or around Chicago but found this a very nice area. Most of the subdivisions were well kept & decorated for Christmas. Traffic was tolerable. Though not there to shop there are multitudes of places to do so.

I love the Lombard area. I lived here years ago so to come back for a quick visit was nice. There's a lot of new stuff in the area so it made remembering interesting.

"I enjoyed my very short one-night stay at the Crowne Plaza Chicago Ohare Hotel & Conf Ctr. Staff was welcoming and the food from the bar was delicious. I was super tired and fell asleep fast in the very comfy king bed. The room and bathroom were clean, and I was able to shuttle to the airport in 15 minutes the next morning. Just one thing I found odd was the small size of the TV above the dresser. The rest was a 5 star! "
"This hotel was definitely more ritzy than I normally am used to but I chose this hotel because of it's location regardless of what I am used to and in this regard the hotel was perfect. Upscale hotel with loads of history was a bonus."
