"No one answers the phone at the spa.
Bathtub clogged, engineering called and I was simply told the tub was not clogged so had to shower with water up to my ankles.
They do have a bar but it’s not well stocked.
The blinds in the room don’t hang properly, they’re wonky, and have to be moved by chain.
This is not a 4 star hotel. It’s not 3 either. Save your money and stay at a nice Hampton or Courtyard instead. This is a gross place, terrible staff."

"Great location. Rooms were clean. Offsite parking for 49$. Rooms are really quite small. Very very slow and busy elevators. Phone didn’t work to call front desk. We kept being told someone would bring up a mini fridge to our room for our medications however it never got brought up and eventually after asking all day was told that they must be out. They did not follow up with us or offer us ice in the meantime."

"We had a great stay at Level. I think it’s a really good option for a longer trip, especially if you want more of an apartment-style setup and a convenient location.
