"For the price, the place was wonderful. There was some noise at night, not from people, but more like a mechanical or utility sound. Otherwise, it was great!"

"Modern hotel, took a quick minute to figure out lighting, A/C. Everything was great. Very nice place. Rooftop and lobby bar super nice. Only one minor complaint. My coffee maker wasn’t working so I went to the included breakfast to grab coffee. The host would not let me take coffee back to my room, my only option was to be seated and drink it in the restaurant. I had a teen alone in the room so I just went back to the room. Seemed very silly to not allow my to take coffee to my room. "

"No microwave, cold pool, elevators broke people got trapped we climbed so many stairs. A homeless man lived in the alley you had walk through to travel. The ceilings were just concrete with weird chalk on them the Window covering gets stuck when you use it we had to put it on track to use it. When you call on the room phone for service you talk to an automated machine for awhile, "

"The hotel is ideally located. The massive TRUMP sign is hard to overlook but it is part of Chicago. The staff was great and the room was clean and well laid out."

"Staff were helpful, the room was clean and hotel location is great. We stayed in a room with queen bed which is unbelievably small, and the bathroom is small as well. It is very outdated, it has such a poor lighting to the point where I had to use natural sunlight to put on make up. The room doesn’t have a fridge nor coffee machine, and it might be big enough for a twin bed."

"Great location, lovely front desk staff and a fun popcorn and drinks situation in the early evening. The staff knew it was my son’s 18th birthday and also that we were in town for a college visit, and they surprised us with the sweetest note with cupcakes and balloons in our room. Above and beyond! Walkable to Millenium Park and centrally located downtown. Would absolutely stay again! "

"OK, first the good stuff. This was our second stay, for 3 nights, and the hotel is really well located, walking distance to pretty much everywhere you would expect. The breakfast buffet is good - but let's face it, at $29.99 plus taxes, it really SHOULD be good. And the rooms are nice, with a decent bed, a TV that you can stream to so ...3 stars. Where it loses 2 whole stars is the way they nickel and dime you, with junk fees, and misleading promotions - in my case they claimed we had booked an...

"We haven’t stayed downtown and came to see a show. This hotel was the perfect location, but the fun surprise was what a wonderful hotel it was! No need for us to stay anywhere else! We will be back, great hotel and such a good value!! We ate breakfast both mornings and it was perfect"

"Room was nice and clean but TINY. Breakfast was decent and the staff did a great job keeping things clean and stocked. Parking was a nightmare with incorrect billing, having to pay twice and then get reimbursed. TV's didn't work in either room but maintenance was very good about fixing them. So a good basic room but multiple inconveniences. "

"Older building. Hallway smelled like trash. The bed linens appeared wrinkle making me think that perhaps the sheets weren’t changed. Because it’s a budget hotel, young people stayed here and were extremely loud. "
