"The hotel stay was nice but the plumbing needs updated my bathroom stayed wet from the tiles on the floor to taking a shower and the tub filled up like I was running a bath and so did the sink."

"Dirty, blood stains on sheets. Trash in the pull out sleeper sofa when we opened it. Had to leave 2nd day because my family woke up with bites all over them. Management nor front desk assisted. Elevators did not work. Pool was not open. Overall horrible experience. Refusing to provide any type of refund. Continue to tell us to email general manager yet they do not provide the email address everytime we have asked for it."

"I only found it convenient that there was a microwave and a fridge. The room was disgusting and reeked of weed and cigarettes although it was booked in advance as a “non-smoking” room. The woman in the front asked if a smoking room was ok after my reservation clearly stated I reserved a non-smoking room. Even after she told me she could accommodate me I found out the room was not what I expected and my needs were not met. I reported it immediately and they still would not give me the non-smoking...
