"Room was spacious and clean. The room decor is old looking but the room carpet and bathroom were clean. Check-in was quick and room was well stocked with toiletries, pillows so did not need to contact staff for anything. Great location close to all transport hubs, restaurants including public bar and restaurant downstairs."

"The stay is great, love the hot chocolate at the lobby and the $50 credit that comes with the stay. even greater was the FIFA world cup contest that was going on.
Love to commend Charlotte who is working at the cafe. She is very friendly and pleasant throughout my stay here.
On the other hand, Jade is very unfriendly, who even rolled her eyes at me when I said "sorry?" as she mumbled when talking to me. I couldn't hear her at all and she looks like she doesn't even enjoy working there. Makes me...

"Good location around Chinatown.
Kettle in room was faulty, therefore unable to use. Would randomly turn on and then only half heat up.
Breakfast when busy hard to navigate as very squishy.
Room clean, a good size and comfy beds. Good bathroom."

"Perfect stay for a solo traveler, located centrally in the Sydney CBD, near both the light rail, bus and train lines.
