"This hotel was great with a fantastic view of Mt. Fuji. Restaurant options for breakfast and dinner were top notch. We really enjoyed the food. We also appreciated the on site gift shop which was also a small market. Good selection of snacks and beverages. The staff was excellent and very helpful and accomodating. The hotel is a little remote (at the top of a steep hill). If you don't have your own car, it can be a bit of a challenge getting around, and relying on the shuttle. "

"This is my first stay in the hotel. The room is spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of Mount Fuji. The location is excellent, as there is a free shuttle bus to Kawaguchiko Station and the Shinjuku-Kawaguchiko bus stop right at the hotel. Fuji's theme park is right next door, along with a 7-11 convenience store. The hotel is connected to a traditional onsen, and as hotel guests, we receive complimentary entry. "Excellent rapport qualité prix. Les condominium sont gigantesque. Buffet bon, mais exactement la même chose les 2 journées, une variété serait intéressant. "

"Overall experience were good. Like the onsen, but bed is too hard for us as we nit use to very thin mattress. We have not very pleasure check out experience. The front desk called us three times for the 15 minutes late. Check out time is very stiff at 11:00am sharp. "

"ウェルカムドリンクと、ミニミニケーキを食べてから、部屋に行きました。部屋は、きちんとしていて良かったです。冷蔵庫は、霜で固まってた為か？全く冷やせませんでした。食事は、海鮮フェア8/31までで、新鮮、色々な料理も有り美味しかったです。朝食のオムレツは、オーダーで作ってもらえたので良かったです。大浴場も、綺麗で、とても良かったです。又、行きたいと思ってます"
