"En general todo estuvo muy bien. El personal es muy amable, te ayudan en cualquier duda que tengas y problemas que puedan presentarse. Las cápsulas cumplen con su objetivo y el lugar esta muy limpio. Agradezco al personal por la ayuda que me brindaron para deshacerme de la basura. Estoy muy satisfecho y si regreso a Japón, volvería a hospedarme con ellos."

"Would go back they have a separate lounge for women and a co ed lounge. Vending machine microwave kettle fridge and water filling station on site. All women amenities are on the same floor that includes toilet shower powder room laundry area sleeping pod lockers and lounge area. Staff speak English was very easy. Near everything within walking distance. Love it!"

"Conveniently located close to a metro station and many good restaurants. The hotel is very clean and the staff are helpful and speak English. An overall great stay, but the pillows were a bit too hard for my liking. A good choice to stay in Tokyo."
