"The hotel is brand new—clean, modern, and very comfortable. Its location is excellent, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of restaurants nearby, which made exploring the area very convenient. The staff was polite, though English was limited. Still, with some patience, we were able to communicate and get what we needed. One downside was that, despite booking with VIP status, there was no acknowledgment or recognition—not even a small gesture—which was disappointing....
