Hotel berdekatan Stesen Ke-5 Subaru Line Fuji

"枕が柔らか過ぎでした。 チェックアウト時の操作が３個とも出来なく、ソラナなカスタマーセンターに電話をして、そのまま帰って下さいとの事で帰ってきたが、電話番号も名前もダメってありえない。"

"Very helpful staff. Useful courtesy bus from station - tourist office will call to arrange for you if you only have an esim. Excellent breakfast. Clean and spacious room, with great view of Mount Fuji from our balcony. For a small fee the hotel will hold bags after checking out."

"The room was clean and spacious! The staff were helpful! The breakfast was tasty with lots of varieties! The hot spring was excellent!"

"Very friendly staff with warm atmosphere - even when you do not have any ideas to enjoy your stay at that area, you will get better suggestions from them. One thing to keep in your mind - wish to have better weather during your stay!"

"Staff , very friendly!!! Clean but limited facilities but it’s understandable for the fee rate. Breakfast is awesome! Wonderful start of a day! Thank you everyone in the inn!"

"El onsen estaba bueno pero no tenia sauna. Es un poco apartado de todo."

"Great stay at this place. Staffs are very welcoming. Fuji Mountain view was spectacular from our villa roof top. The only drawback is that the location is a little far from town- 15mins if you cycle or 30min walking. This will not be of a problem if you have own transport or, if you are fit, can rent a bicycle which is also fun. Hotel provide transportation from/to town but with limited timings. It would have been better if the following services are provided by the hotel; 1. Washer-Drier in...

"Best place I stayed at in Japan, even compared to mid-budget hotels in Tokyo. Staff was very friendly. They also have bike rentals which was very convenient. Highly recommend to bike around lake Kawaguchi. Only small downside is that depending on what kind of room you reserved, they do not provide towels unless you rent them for 100 yen. Amenities like toothbrushes, etc you also have to pay for, but not a big deal at all. Revered a traditional Japanese room and slept on a small futon on the...

"Michael and his wife, Kotoha, are genuinely lovely people. They were incredibly warm, friendly and accommodating, and made me feel very welcome during my stay. The hostel itself is very well kept, exceptionally clean and tidy, with great facilities and everything you need for a comfortable stay. I really enjoyed my time here and would 100% stay again. Highly recommended."

"Good location and helpful staff. Overall pleasant short stay"

"Cool concept. True glamping as you cook/prepare your food but in a kitchen/grill atmosphere. The dome sleeping was cozy. Had air conditioning or heat as needed. Plenty of space. Enjoyed the indoor and outdoor bathroom. Outdoor balcony had both hot and cool soak tubs plus a domed steam sauna. Amenities provided. Shuttle service from bus stop or train if requested. Ensure you contact them ahead of time as they have to plan your arrival. Otherwise take a taxi. Ensure translator app if you don’t...

"Everything was great , besides the shower was very cold and the water pressure wasn’t good , besides that everything was great great great"

"Front desk staff were very courteous and understanding. My only gripe is the centralized AC system but opening the window helped cooling the room a lot. Across the street from the Yamanakako-ashiagaoka bus stop, which helps get around! Will definitely book them again for my next stay in the Yamanakako area!!!"

"깨끗한 객실 좋다"
