Hotel Mewah di Gunung Fuji

"It was very traditional and rooms were spacious. Onsen was great and rooftop viewing and foot spa was a noce touch. Breakfast Buffet was fantastic. Staff were helpful and kind."

"Overall experience were good. Like the onsen, but bed is too hard for us as we nit use to very thin mattress. We have not very pleasure check out experience. The front desk called us three times for the 15 minutes late. Check out time is very stiff at 11:00am sharp. "

"The hotel was really nice. The onsen was great to experience, a little nerve wrecking since it was our first time. Accidentally got the smoking room so it did have a lingering smell of cigs but I don’t think the non smoking room would’ve been different since the hallways also had that smell. The staff was friendly and helpful ! "

"Amazing hotel with a beautiful view of Lake Kawaguchiko and Mt Fuji! Room was nice and clean. Onsen was clean and empty when we were there. Service is excellent . Our personal server for dinner and breakfast, Nakamura San was the best! Kawaii! Delicious meals. Overall a memorable experience!"
