"This is one of our favorite hotels, and we have stayed here many times. We adore the room's view and the rooftop open-air hot bath, especially when it snows—it's truly amazing.

"Overall experience were good. Like the onsen, but bed is too hard for us as we nit use to very thin mattress.
We have not very pleasure check out experience. The front desk called us three times for the 15 minutes late. Check out time is very stiff at 11:00am sharp.
