"【良い面】 １、朝食が混んでいた時、受付のスタッフが機転を利かせて焼肉屋の方で取らせてくれた。 ２、駐車場の割引サービスをしてほしい時に近くのスタッフがすぐ気づいて対応してくれた。 ３、部屋は基本いつも清潔（後述）。 【悪い面】 １、部屋のヒューズが２回も飛んだ。 ２、ベッドメイク時間を要望したがちゃんと伝達されておらず、なおかつ、清掃後なのに洗面台に数本の髪の毛が落ちていた。部屋の窓も閉めてなかった。 ３、トイレのウォッシュレットが古いタイプ。 ４、朝食会場でサラダの皿がないと外国人スタッフに伝えたら、補充せず、あっちまで取りに行くよう言われた。 "

Although I visited in early April, it was quiet which was nice. The shuttle service is a bonus. It will take you to Grand Hirafu welcome center if your vibe is more happy-go-lucky. Hehehe. Thank you to the Hilton Niseko staff for the experience. Can’t wait to come back with more powder. "

"I was very disappointed with my experience. While I have stayed at many Hilton locations around the world and have always had positive experiences, this one did not meet expectations. Communication was extremely challenging as no staff members spoke English, and instead of trying to help, one staff member argued with me. The team appeared under-trained and the overall service felt unprofessional."

"結婚10年の記念日に宿泊。サプライズプレゼントにも対応いただき、ありがとうございます。それだけではなく、スタッフの丁寧な対応、清潔な部屋、全てに高いホスピタリティを感じました。一点だけ、不満というより心配になったことが ディナーブッフェを当日に予約したのですが、食事後、テーブルのカードを入口に返したところ、結構です。と言われたので、ここで精算ではなく部屋付けになってると思い、そのまま部屋に戻りました。 翌朝、チェックアウト時に精算すると食事代が入っていませんでした。申告して、確認してもらい精算することができました。申告しなかったら払わずに帰ってしまうところでしたので、どのオペレーションに不備があったかわかりませんが、今後の参考にしていただければと思います。 不満とかはありません。本当に快適なホテルで、また来たいと思います。"
