"The Food and Liquor was excellent. the pools had access all night long. Had a GREAT time. If you go there DO NOT fly Arajet really bad airline."

"The only thing that I did not care for was the fact that they did not provide shuttles buses to and from the airport. I had to find my way in an uber to get to the resort and I felt very uneasy about that. Especially since there was a language barrier. I would have paid for the shuttle bus but I would have felt safer knowing that the resort sent the driver."

"This was the best vacation we had for a long time. This place is amazing. Location, quiet place (Adults Only) lots of places to dine, great food. The only negative thing I would say unit where we stayed needs an upgrade. Bath tub leaking water on the floor, lots of condensation in the room and smell of mold. They need to do some climate control in the rooms. Staff was always forgetting to do something when cleaning, no towels, stained mats. Service was ok, staff seemed upset when asked for something, drink or to fix something in the room. Very slow and forgetful about everything. I would stay at the resort but choose another Hotel, maybe Barcelo Bavaro Palace."

"Biggest value for money from an all inclusive resort! We went there for our honeymoon and choose a swim up suite (In the adults only section). Had an amazing butler named Omar. The beach was great. Good dining options. Great excursions. Highly recommended!"
