"The property is beautiful, you walk in and you feel a breeze that’s just amazing. The staff was wonderful, everyone was very polite and friendly. The room was pretty big and the shower felt good, there was always hot water. The food was 8/10, there were times it was cold but the taste was always on point. "

"The staff at The Premier Suites were top notch. Glenny was our premier assistant and was there to help us plan and schedule each day. Sergio and Luis at the Premier Suites main lobby were also so helpful they took us around looking at the properties and shared which famous celebrity loved where. That was an unexpected and fun evening! The food quality was spectacular and fresh. I will say as a whole the servers where at the beach or restaurants were very inattentive and moved slow. "We were very pleased with our stay at this resort, now called Dreams Cap Cana. The staff were so friendly which made our visits to the pools, beach, restaurants and bars very comfortable. Specific staff members Alvero, Felix, Naftaly and Elisa stand out as great examples of the welcoming, friendly and helpful personnel that we encountered. The pools, beach and rooms were clean.
