"Rooms and property are beautiful and the staff is great. The wifi is not included, you have to pay for it by the day. The parking for guests is also not included. Be aware that the beach front is bayfront and there are no waves and the sand is only in the beach. Once you are in the water it is seaweed and rocks. It was a great base and amazing room to come back to after exploring all day but don’t plan to spend your whole vacation on site unless you just want to drink and sit in the pool."

"Food: Good. While the food was very good most of the time, the resort misrepresents the fact that they have multiple restaurants. There is two physical locations to get food - the buffet (usually breakfast/lunch) and the Asian restaurant (Kura) on the other side of the resort. They end up splitting Kura in half every night and calling one side Asian and one side international and they give you a different menu depending on what side you made a reservation for. And on nights they have a third...

"We had an amazing stay at the surf lodge! Super friendly staff, delicious breakfast options included. The hotel rooms were impeccable clean. Nice pool area to relax. The surf breaks was pumping!!!! Take lessons with Parallel Surf - 100% recommended. Gonna be back soon!"
