"Clean room, pools were great Limited pool chairs Bar was beautiful and the staff were very attentive"

"They don’t follow their own rules 1. You can not leave your towel on a lounge chair to save it but people do and not enforced. Most of all 10:00 pm quiet time in the hotel part and it was LOUD VERY RUDE GUEST, I complained twice and was given the old we will monitor it, they did NOTHING. I won’t go back"

"The pool was awesome. The height for the rides at the pool is 48 inches. My 6 year old was unable to do a lot of the different rides but he enjoyed the pool area. Staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"Hotel restaurant food not the greatest, and very pricey, Dinner twice at hotel for two sandwiches and some local food for expended US$180.00 That didn’t include any alcohol. Room are oaky may need bath upgrade, carpet stains in room. Didn’t replaced towels ever, they just fold the towel and put it back. I be believe for the room and food I give the Hotel a 5 1-10, last day there no water to shower and no one told us about it until I was about to take a show, no urgency to results such a issue. Won’t stay there again."

"Friendly and attentive staff. Clean facilities, good food, family friendly. A little pricey overall and the ala cart activities could have some level of inclusion for the extended stays."
