"We stayed in a efficiency which was cleaned every other day. Rundown condo's and studios. TV very small. The beach & balcony were wonderful.The freshwater pool area was extremely slippery & dangerous to use. Watched security guard sleep at his post for 3 mins. before I tooted the horn for him to lift the gate:( There are no type of activities to do here b/c the place is closed. "事前のhotels.comと宿を提供しているエージェントからのメールにあった連絡先が国外のものだった。当日チェックインの時間を伝えていたにもかかわらず、タクシーで到着すると誰もいない上に、宿の名前もなく、連絡先も国外だったため、連絡のつけようがなかった。タクシーの運転手さんが親切に周りの住人の方へ聞き込みをしてくれて、ようやくオーナーらしき人と連絡がつきました。そこから更に30分待ってようやくチェックインができました。キューバという国柄、ネットも通じない環境で国外の連絡先しか送らないというのはありえないと思い、とても疲れました。その他については、場所もよく、部屋も清潔、スタッフの方にもとても親切なしていただきました。"
