"The hotel is an older hotel and it shows with some wear and tear. If you choose an oceanfront room with balcony make sure you request the ones from the 3rd floor and above. They gave me a 2nd floor room and it had a Romeo and Juliet balcony and I wasn’t happy because it’s not what I paid ft. I requested another room but the front desk said the hotel was full. "be aware the shared shuttle is not just for your resort it's for other resorts as well also you have to wait for other families once you get to airport I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes then the driver had to drop off other people at different resorts which took another hour and half next after finally getting to our resort(breathless) it was only 1 person working check in so it took awhile and lastly after all that the resort want you to go thru a sales pitch which takes another couple hours and...
