"Very nice rooms, all are re done. Buffet had large selection, but like any buffet they get tiring. Need to be on top of booking the restaurants. Lots of pools Need a bar open at the end by the beach in the evening, you have to walk all the way to the front."

"This resort exceeded expectations in all the right ways. The grounds and rooms were impeccably clean, and the staff created a warm, friendly atmosphere throughout the stay. Dining options were solid, with consistently good food. The standout feature was definitely the swim‑out rooms, beautifully designed and especially enjoyable when connected to the main pool. "Clean resort, food was decent. Great access to everything within the resort. Only downfall was there wasn’t an elevator near our room and we had to go up and down 3 flights of stairs so anyone that has a problem doing so should make sure to ask for a room near an elevator."

"This property doesn't have a dedicated parking lot. Be aware it is very difficult to get coins for the meter and it doesn't take credit card from the US. Other than this, I would go back in a heart bit. Great place and amazing location!"

"This place is amazing! Wonderful property. I thought the food was outstanding (with the exception of the flank steak and the octopus which I knew would be risky). The Italian restaurant was actually the big surprise where the Lasagna (another guest recommended) was out of this world. And I’m from Philly, so I know good lasagna. Lots of great choices for areas to hang out during the day. Live music was excellent! Spa was life changing (did couples massage). Rooms were comfortable and clean. We were a “preferred” guest and had access to the rooftop pool and bar. Worth every penny. The resort overall was worth the money which o thought was reasonable. I will 100% be back. One gripe, which was not a big deal for me, was that the walking surface was a bit uneven. If you are elderly or have trouble walking, probably good to know. Wouldn’t base your decision on that statement, just an FYI. Like I said, I will 100% be back."

"The rooms were spacious, and the entire hotel was kept very clean. The food was delicious and the workers were not aggressive at all for tips. They were accommodating with an early check-in and late checkout. Things they could improve: I think the dinner buffet should start at 5. 6 is way too late for little kids. I think the place to grab towels should open at 8am instead of 9. Other than that I really can’t complain. I would definitely go back. For kids I’d say it’s best suited for 8 years old or younger."

"Hotel is great and staff was amazing (most of them!). We have access to a private pool and that was amazing. However, the noise/music from the pool was loud and people “reserving sun beds” was really annoying. Food was a bit repetitive for a 5* but generally good. Great to have free parking. Theatre for the shows was good and there were events organised each night. "

"Rooms were clean, staff were super nice and helpful. The property was a bit confusing in regards to the privilege side and el besso side and the restaurants were the easiest to get into. Overall, we enjoyed our time there."
