"Good place to stay in Grammercy area. The hotel was clean. Breakfast was just okay, but that's to be expected as a continental breakfast. Room was nice - had a little extra space with a couch, but very limited storage for clothes. There was space to hang up clothes, but no drawers. Expedia mentioned that this hotel had bike rentals, but when I asked, they said they didn't. Not a huge issue because there were e-bike stations around, but if they don't have that amenity, it shouldn't be shown...

"Thought the hotel was very good and overall stay excellent. Nice to have a quality breakfast place on site. Two things: finding your room number on the floor was very difficult. Fortunately, my wife was already in the room so I could call her and she opened the door. Second, the pillows were too big and too hard. You really need to focus on this and get them smaller, softer and more numerous. Both are simple fixes and would justify the $800 room price."
