This is a lovely hotel. The staff are friendly and efficient. It is 17 stories ( or more) but it has a small hotel feel. The gym, Turkish bath and pool are lovely. The rooms are large and spotless. The beds are comfortable!

Stayed in a Double Queen room and it was very clean and spacious. The staff was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The Turkish spa was definitely the best amenity! Overall, a great experience.

I stayed with a friend. We had a lovely big room with 2 double beds. There was always hot water. The shower was pretty good. The beds were comfortable. The location in midtown was very good for exploring New York. The swimming pool was too cold. We loved using the steam room but it’s a shame there is no hot tub or spa-like services available.

Great area of the city, within walking distance of both the Empire State Building and Madison Square Garden. The hotel was surprisingly easy to find and clean and all of the staff members that we encountered were very helpful -- the great view of the Chrysler Building from our window was a nice added touch too.

We had such a wonderful stay at The Marmara Park Avenue! The location is midtown was perfect for exploring New York, and we loved being so close to the Empire State Building and so many great restaurants and attractions. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully appointed — especially nice to have more room than you typically find in a Manhattan hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the hotel had a cozy, upscale feel. We also really enjoyed the pool and Turkish bath — such a nice way to relax after a busy day walking around the city! 🗽❤️ Overall, a great place to stay in NYC, especially if you want a convenient location, comfortable rooms, and a little extra space. We would definitely stay here again!

The location was perfect. Close to the 6, plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood. We stayed in the two bedroom suite and was plenty of space for everyone. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. It was quiet and beds were comfortable. The staff were so friendly and nice. We will definitely stay again when back in NYC.

What a wonderful stay at the Maramara. The staff were kind and amazing, celebrating my daughter’s birthday with gifts and a decorated room. The Turkish bath and indoor pool are fabulous amenities, even as my daughter would have enjoyed a little more warmth to the pool. The gym with Peleton bike and tread was nice although Peleton bike cages are due to be replaced as they were broken during our stay. It was a wonderful stay!
