"Beautiful hotel, very clean, rooms are a good size, we had a queen size bed plus small sofa and table. The bathroom was lovely, bath and shower facilities. Very clean, lots of comfortable seating in the main foyer area. Breakfast is a great choice, with lots of variety, food was lovely. If you want to use the spa facilities robes are provided. Excellent location for Tower Bridge, Tower of London, walking distance to the Shard"

"Great location, lovely warm welcome with mince pies and mulled wine. A much surprised upgrade and a drinks voucher each. Beautiful clean and large room with a big deep bath which was amazing after a day of walking round London. It was just the most perfect stay. "
