"Money hungry. Got charged twice and the refuse to fix the issue. Also was asked to pay $100 in cash only to get the resort benefits seemed sketchy"

Sin embargo, todos los restaurantes principales que abren a deshoras están en el otro Hotel, en el Palace que se encuentra a unos 10-15 minutos caminando, aunque también tienes un servicio de tren."

"Staff were inviting, courteous and helpful. Room was clean and air-conditioning worked extremely well. Bed was not comfortable and no washcloths, no microwave in room. However, there was a microwave available at desk, blanket and hand towels available on request. Lovely courtyard!"

"Nice place needs some updating and clean the outside furniture and also patio doors don’t lock so that needs to be fixed. Great location. Free breakfast and cabana access on the beach was a plus. Great staff."

"Amenities are in really poor conditions, place is very difficult to find, there’s no clear signs about the name of the place and the pictures doesn’t match the reality. Inside was dusty, bathrooms were dirty and the AC wasn’t working plus you need to pay an extra fee for the electricity usage. "
