"I had such an amazing stay here! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The room was super clean and comfortable, and the whole place felt very welcoming. The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and always quick to respond to anything we needed. I especially loved the pool and overall atmosphere—it made the trip even more relaxing and enjoyable. I truly felt taken care of the entire time. I would 100% come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting!"

"Clean rooms, grounds are beautiful. Food is just okay. Drinks are very good. Pool and beach area absolutely stunning. However no direct drink/food service at the beach. Buffet food is basic. Only good restaurants are the steakhouse and Japanese. Must make restaurant reservations the night before. "

"Flora was very clean, well maintained & most of the staff was extremely pleasant whether they were getting tipped or not. The beach was beautiful & we really didn’t have much trouble finding seats/towels no matter what time we arrived - beach or pool. Drinks were great & the kids were able to go to any of the (swim up) bars & obtain beverages on own. There were also community items/floats etc. The food, to our surprise, was quite good & there were many fruit surprises / special drink station ‘extras’. No resvs needed @ most rests. Late 9pm daily shows but were great. Visiting birds @ buffet were annoying but could be shoed away w napkins. Definitely bring bug spray as many bugs w/in the lush surroundings; esp by the hibachi rest…& it’s $$$ to buy there! The water slides were a great bonus area that aren’t showcased enough in the marketing for this hotel; w that beware that unless you are a ‘preferred’ guest; you are ltd in which pools/rests/towels etc you can use. Expedia misrepresented the $ ‘hotel credit’ that you ONLY receive if you sit thru what is equivalent to a timeshare presentation (90 mins - which we did not) & also will be hearing from me as our airport transport NEVER SHOWED UP to return us to the airport after we were confirmed the day prior (it was also a mess to get TO our hotel). You’d assume booking the transfer thru Expedia is the safer bet but just pay for a taxi, it’s cheaper. Finally find Joli/older lady on beach for $40 massage. Sketchy but worth it. "

The beach is absolutely unforgettable: pristine, well-maintained, and with a strong sense of security that allows you to fully relax and enjoy the surroundings. It’s the kind of place that stays with you long after you leave. One of the highlights was the incredible variety of food options. The buffet restaurants, including Caribe, La Brisa, and Santa Fe, offered an impressive selection with something for every taste, and the quality was consistently excellent. I also appreciated how convenient everything was. With lounge bars, pool bars, theater bars, sports bars, lobby bars, and coffee spots all located throughout the resort, there was always a great place nearby to relax, grab a drink, or socialize. Overall, this resort delivers a well-rounded, enjoyable experience that I would highly recommend. It’s truly a must-visit destination for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable adults-only getaway."
