"Good place to relax with the family "

"The complex was new, modern and nice. Limited lounge chairs. Only 1 key for our condo. There were no instructions for anything posted in the condo though. Had to call management to turn on hot water heater. We had to ask and then pay for drinkable water. The sheets were not on the beds. We had to make our beds after arriving late evening. An odd banging noise was heard 24/7 coming from an AC duct. I would recommend this place for the price/value. IT was clean and comfortable"

"The staff here are AMAZING!! We originally booked elsewhere and had so many issues that we ended our last 5 nights at Melia Caribe and it was amazing. The staff are so friendly and really want to make your stay great. We arrived at almost 11pm and they placed us vip, room near the ocean and happily welcomed us at that time of night. Food was good but what makes this place amazing is there is something for the kids to do the whole day! Water park during the day, playstations for the kids, game...
