No hot water one morning, when reported to front desk, clerk Hacell asked me if I knew how to use the faucet. I put him in his place. Room is switched. "Loved the coffee shop and so many pool areas/bars/restaurants. Particularly liked the unique beach and breakfast/bar area. Also extra touches for birthday with banner, balloons etc. We brought hang up dehumidifier disposable bags which worked great as high humidity and aircon."

I got a fantastic massage at Yhi Spa with Leida Flores. She’s very nice & such an asset to this resort. The 55 minute massage is reasonably priced & worth every cent.
