"Spent a week at The Paradisus & we were not disappointed. Other than a few minor issue with the room upon check-in, everything else was more than enough to make up for it. We stayed on the adults only side,which is a different set up than the family side. We were not part of The Reserve however. "If you’re looking for a hotel right in the center of everything and close to the beach, but not on the beach… This is the hotel for you! However, if you want a comfortable and cozy room with a nice hotel or resort like feel, don’t stay here. You can tell they rushed their renovations and there is a roach issue. Also, they didn’t have a blankets or extra linen. The view from the rooftop pool was also good. The cleaning ladies were not very friendly or helpful. I would never stay there again. "
