La comida muy buena las facilidades siempre bien limpias aunque hay ciertas cosas que deben de ir modernizando que ya deben de ser reemplazadas pero no quita que fue una buena experiencia y un excelente servicio al huésped."

"Positive: Well maintained property and rooms, Beautiful gardens, truly wonderful staff. Clean beach. Less positive: shore seaweed (but the staff puts a lot of effort to clean the beach every day), restaurants reservations are not always available. Overall an excellent experience, recommended."

"The butler assigned to us, Ángel Arias, provided excellent service and was always attentive to our needs and requests. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help made our stay even more enjoyable and memorable. The overall service throughout the hotel was outstanding. The staff was friendly, professional, and always available to assist. The hotel also offers a variety of activities, including Zumba classes, aquatic activities, and pool entertainment, which added to the overall experience. There are a few areas that could be improved, such as a slight unpleasant odor in certain parts of the hotel. Additionally, I noticed that some of the tiles in the pool areas appear to be coming loose, so some maintenance and safety attention in those areas may be beneficial for guests. However, these were relatively minor issues and did not significantly affect our stay. Overall, I have nothing to complain about. The service, activities, hospitality, and overall experience were excellent. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return in the future. I would also highly recommend purchasing the Premium Level service or the Guest Experience package, as it provides additional benefits and helps make the stay even more enjoyable and comfortable."

"The stay was amazing!!! The staff were very helpful and polite. The food was great!! A lot of different options to choose from. The only negative thing I have to say was all the seaweed on the shore of the beach. It was so much even at the beginning of the water when you first go in, I tried to get past it but I couldn’t. I stayed in the water for 3 minutes before I had my boyfriend carry me out all the way to and from the beach chairs. Other than that I really enjoyed myself."
