This is my 3rd trip to this resort over the years with my family. And I can firmly say that the quality of service, up keep of resort and dinning offering have greatly declined. On this trip, 2 out 6 rooms our family booked had termite infestations, which were crawling all over the bed at night. They were able to give us a different room the next morning but not in the same building as the rest of the family because they all “booked”. Note, there was no sympathy or an apology offered when we discussed the termites with the lobby staff for the room change. We even presented pictures of the issue. Food was par to sub par and did not have a good variety. Don’t waste your time at the restaurants as you’ll wait 1 hr for food just to be disappointed, the buffet is generally better. The only restaurant worth making reservations for was the hibachi. The smoothie makers at the buffet were the nicest staff, but buffet regularly had issues with having enough silverware, cups, and ice.
