"The hotel is very large, elegant, and visually beautiful. The staff is extremely friendly and always willing to help with anything you need, which made the stay more enjoyable. However, the cleanliness of the rooms could definitely be improved. Another issue I noticed was a strong musty smell in some areas, such as the elevators and restaurants, which was unpleasant. Aside from these concerns, everything else was good and I had an overall positive experience."

"The shower wasnt working properly but they fixed immediately. There are things throughout that need to be reoplaced or repaired. The shelf in shower was falling off the wall. Some faucets and soap dispensers and items like that are missing throughout or need repair."

"Breakfast was good. Not a ton of options the staff are helpful but it took forever to get a wash towel in the morning. The night receptionist was very helpful he went out of his way to get us a substitutes for the wash towel"

"Room had a strange smell, when we got there. It took some time with AC blowing for smell to disappear. Wi-Fi not great at all kept going in and out. "

"My friend and I stayed for three days, and unfortunately it was a very bad experience. We received the room two hours late because it hadn’t been cleaned yet. We never had direct communication with the host and were never given an access code to enter the room. If it hadn’t been for the building’s doorman, we would have been left outside. On top of that, the internet was very poor and barely worked. The shower had almost no water pressure, and to make matters worse, the power went out one night and we had to find someone to help us reconnect it. Overall, it was a very disappointing stay. "

"Not sure were to start, dirty livingroom furniture, bird droppings on kitchen chairs, broken jacuzzi, pool is being cleaned with house broom...so not that clean. Moldy daybed outside, tiles outside by the patio door all moldy, 3rd bedroom door was kept locked so no access, we didn't need the 3rd bedroom but still makes u wonder why they kept it locked up. No plumbing in the kitchen sink...and we were never told about this! Found out when we woke up one morning with water on the kitchen floor. The sink was hooked up with a flex pipe going into a big bucket underneath the sink and the pipe had fallen out of the bucket. Fly squat was stored with the kitchen utensils, coffee maker with no coffee pot, no can opener and the cherry on top of the sunday...found a huge cockroach under the kitchen sink while trying to reinstall the pipe in the bucket. Host was sympathetic to us with the issues but we never heard back from the owner...last message was that they were going to leave it in Expedia's hands when we asked for a partial refund as in order to salvage part of our vacation we were forced to find another location that was sanitary."

"Unit wasn’t what was explained in the listing the pool was dirty and duscusting hasn’t been cleaned . Power went out for 1 day because the electrical breaker broke . Security was a complete disaster he wouldn’t let my Ubers in to pick me and my friends up if we haven’t tipped him that day . Concierge was good and helpful with everything Front yard wasn’t maintained plants aren’t maintained ."
