"The staff at breakfast would serve the coffee once and rarely came to fill up the cups unless we asked. I feel that there is staff shortage."

Special notice to the young girl at the Che n in Alejandra who is so attentive and friendly! The waiters at the restaurant/bar are also great! Highly recommend this Marriott when you’re in Westchester! "

"When the property was booked, there was no mention that the kitchen was closed. Therefore there was no breakfast available as stated when booked. The pawn up serving the property they were windows broken in some rooms. The room smelled. I went and bought Lysol too, kill any bad odors from the closets and sofa near the porch. I don’t even know if I was charged extra for the continental breakfast that was not available. "

"The staff was very pleasant, helpful and efficient. Our room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was nice and clean. (No moldy corners yay!) I will say it has the longest hallways to get from lobby to the elevators. For someone with mobility issues or heavy luggage you need to take this into consideration. Best to ask reception where your room is located to determine which side of building to park on. We didn't use pool or gym. The lobby restaurant looked nice but we did not eat there. "

"Hot tub not working, the water was warm. The room furniture was in poor condition/damaged(I have pictures). My husband and I were very disappointed. We expected better considering the name Doubletree. The room had a very uncomfortable smell coming from the AC unit which became stronger when you turned it to a warm setting. My husband wanted to ask for another room, however I didn't want to go through the hassle considering we were only staying 2 nights and planned to be out most of the day. Very...

"unfortunatly, our experience was disappointing. when we pulled back the blanket on the bed, we noticed a personal item left behind from previous guests, which made it clear that the bedding had not beed properly changed on the room. this was quite uncomfortable and concerning for us. in additioon, the breackfast did not seem fresh and overall quality was below our expectation."

"I’ve been staying here for years ,since it was a Holiday Inn, so I’ve seen this place deteriorate. Got a room with a particularly bad mattress and there was a leak causing a very wet area at the side of the bed. The place used to be great but it’s quickly deteriorating with no apparent care to fix it up . It’s sad to see . Parking lot needs repair. ALL CARPETS NEED STEAM CLEANING !!!! Desperately! Truth be told , the only way to save this place is to close it down and completely redo it ....
