"Booked this hotel for my in laws as they were attending a funeral in Surrey. Staff were very helpful and found a new room for them on the ground floor when they realised my mother in law struggled with stairs. The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was exceptional with an excellent range of options. Would stay again. "

"Overall it was very good. There really needs to be a bedside light as I had to get out of bed to switch the light off. A door stop for the balcony door would also be useful."

"Overall excellent, but I was charged a daily parking fee because it was booked via Expedia and not directly with the hotel. Other minor complaints, had to used the hair dryer outside of the bathroom, it did not have a magnifying mirror or extractor fan in the bathroom, and no media charging plugs."

"It has been 10 years since we stayed here before. We found the hotel welcoming with plenty of parking available. The hotel is well kept and in lovely surroundings. We stayed in a ground-floor patio room. It was supposed to be a "wellness room" but there were no additions to the room as advertised. Having said that, the room itself was lovely with a large bed and a large TV. The only downside was the low water pressure so it was a dissappointing shower. "One issue was the shower which needs a grab handle to assist getting in and out as the bath is high. The other one is that the hotel no longer does breakfast, so you need to be aware of that"
