"Happy with everything at the Holiday Inn Shepperton on a family weekend including a trip to nearby Hampton Court. Generally a good level of refurbishment throughout. "The room was amazing, brilliant views over the gardens and we saw deer, squirrels, a fox and rabbits all with half an hour. (Room 501) The room was very spacious for our family and very clean. Our boys loved the balcony and yoga ball! I loved the extra room. The staff were very friendly and welcoming especially in the restaurant. The breakfast was delicious, lots of choice and good quality. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. "

"A beautiful grand hotel with very welcoming staff, manager, reception and bar staff could not have been more helpful. We stayed in a dog friendly room, the bed was super comfortable with views countryside views. Breakfast was delivered to our room and fresh and delicious. The grounds around the hotel are stunning. "Enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel was within 5mins walking distance to the train station thus convenient & the station had many eateries & local supermarket Sainbury’s and Tesco. The room was very clean, slightly small but bed was comfortable. Breakfast was really good with fresh eggs, bacon, sausages, yogurt, pastries and fruits. Thank you for the enjoyable stay. "
