A decent room for one night

The room was clean and tidy. The negative was it was on the top floor and there were difficult stairs to get to it especially if you had mobility issues. Good value.

good value for money

This provided good value for money. in a good location close to shops and restaurants. I didn't really mind the fact that due to some unspecified reasons they weren't doing breakfast, but the receptionist might have said "but there is a good cafe about 150 yards away over there", not helpful. otherwise, all OK

Hard to fault for the price...

2nd time I've stayed here and it's more than adequate for my needs. Importantly, the room was clean, quiet and guest house has about 6-7 parking spaces (free). The shared bathroom was spotless. Comfortable bed.TV in room. What more can you expect for the cost?

Happy holidays!

Overall it was lovely room was clean and they offered us a fan to deal with the hot weather. The one downside is there is no breakfast facilities
