"Heating/AC is visibly filthy, with vent dust on the adjacent wall. Electrical plugs not working properly. Housekeeping knocked on my door three separate times with a DND tag on the handle. "

"Do NOT book this hotel unless you want to be without a place to stay. I personally called this hotel and spoke to Travis and told him we had a late flight and it would be closer to midnight before we checked in, he said it was fine and would hold our room. I also messaged there hotel to be safe and told them the same thing to be double sure. After a day of flying we called called for the shuttle at 1145 and they informed me they gave our room away. NYC raining at night with kids all exhausted...
