"Based on my stay, I had a really great day. Location was right around my family‘s house so it was definitely convenient. Although only issue I have was the TV did not work at all. I’m grateful that I had my laptop with me to compensate for the TV not working not a big deal cause I didn’t stay in the room a lot just to rest but yes, room 105. I hope they fix the TV there. The next guest might not be so acceptable."

"The property was clean and well kept. Location perfect and safe. Literally next to a hospital. The front desk was friendly and always available. The location was perfect. We were so close the Arthur Ave Little Italy!! We went to Yankees game 20 minute Uber. Next door was a Healthy Fresh store open to 3 am!! Very safe area. Would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend!"

From the young lady at the front desk, to the cleaning, security and maintenance staff; all went above and beyond in providing a great experience. They were kind and responsive. One of the better budget friendly options in the Bronx. Highly recommend."
