The room was clean and well maintained, and we had no issues at all during our stay. Everything met our expectations, and the experience was comfortable and pleasant. For a future visit, I would prefer a room with a window offering a city view so I can better enjoy the New York experience. The staff was awesome.

The hotel itself was very good. The rooms were comfortable (great beds) and clean. The bathrooms were nice but it was impossible to keep all the water in the shower due to the layout. Continental breakfast wasn't anything spectacular but wasn't bad. The layout made it hard to access when with the amount of people in the area. Had an ongoing issue with noise/smoking coming from the room next door. Staff was responsive to our complaints but never did much more than "cut it out".
