"Excellent location for adventuring through London, very close to the Marble Arch, Hyde Park, etc. Breakfast Attendant was very friendly and helpful. She remembered what we liked every morning and brought it right over to us."

Windows don’t open and the plumbing in our room wasn’t great as it sounded like the toilet was constantly flushing. However, we would return and just ask for a different room."

"The room was disgusting walls were covered in dirt, toilet handle was hanging out, beds were diabolical and there was no heating. I can say definitely 1 of the worse hotels ive actually stayed in. The only pro was the staff were amazing, very kind and friendly and tried to help where they could but shouldnt be like that. Also advertised they had a restaurant but that wasnt open. For the price its at i definitely wouldnt recommend. The beds were awful huge dips in the mattresses. And we wasnt in...

"I stayed here one night before an early flight from stanstead. The hotel is conveniently located about 5 min drive to the airport. The chap at front desk was friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were both clean as was the shower. The room had tea making facilities and a hair dryer. The bed was not so good very bumpy, you could feel the springs, and parking is not free as stated I was charged £6. 50. Overall ok for a one night stay. "

"The pub is quirky and delightful . However , there are no en suite facilities in the room which led to a slightly disappointing experience . The staff were very friendly and engaging but the lack of facilities tinged the experience . "
