What I appreciated the most was, based on my flight, I arrived very early to the hotel and they checked me in nevertheless, so that even though I didn’t have access to my room, I was able to eat anywhere on the property, use the beach, pool etc Truly grateful!

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The food was good, and the cleanliness was satisfactory. Some members of the staff truly went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. However, there were also a few employees whose attitude was disappointing and, at times, even rude. In particular, Rubí, one of the restaurant captains at La Fuente, and Dalia from Starbucks provided service that was far below what we expected. Aside from those experiences, everything else was excellent.

I read a lot of horrible reviews so we were very scared to go but it was honestly not too bad based on the price we paid for. I organized a special intimate dinner for my partner and the staff went above and beyond to decorate it and make it feel special for the both of us. They had the singers come and perform for us, had our own waiter, beautiful dinner by the sunset and the beach. It is very family orientated so do no expect music by the pool or any entertainment at all. If you want the most basic all inclusive with unlimited drinks, food and beach only - this is the spot. Rooms were clean, and staff were really nice. We did book a kings size bed but got a room with double bed instead but the process to change it was too long so we just kept it.

The staff were great and the property was very clean and well maintained. I would have liked to have seen more activities at the resort, but overall it was a very good trip. I would suggest to keep the pool bars and eating options open to at least 10pm.

The food was amazing. The service was friendly and expedient. The spa by the beach was great although it would have been nice to get a massage at the same time as my family member instead of separate time. The beachfront was well kept but the cabanas could have used to be leveled out at least once. Many had corners sunk into the sand. The pools were clean. The rear pool could use some lounge chairs. The only ones there were for the rooms on pool level. The staff was always super friendly and found /had answers to all my questions. The drain in our shower was so slow that it took a couple hours to drain. Great stay. Great atmosphere. Would recommend to friends.

This place is very peaceful and pleasant. The pools are beautiful, the food is delicious, the staff is kind and pleasant. It reminds me of Cancun from It's glorious beginnings with a rustic charm. The stand out qualities are delicious food at all restaurants, the staff is very kind and very pleasant. The rooms are simple with a mini-fride stocked with beer soda and water, all included. The towel service at the pool was easy. Overall a great experience for my family.

The property is small compared to nearby resorts but it was just what my mom and I needed for a weekend getaway. It is clean, the buffet food was really good and the beach is beautiful. We were hanging out in the beach at night and saw 3 big sea turtles come out and start digging to lay their eggs…it was a beautiful experience. The hotel security was on it, they told us not to take pics with flash and explained to us that they will contact local conservationists and have the eggs relocated by the next day. It was amazing to learn and see with our own eyes those Beautiful creatures. Lovely experience. The restaurant was really good too and our servers were really nice.
